The characteristics of materials for drying treatment are good or bad. Some products have small drying time, low drying residue, and naturally higher working efficiency, while for some toxic or easy to erode materials, many factors need to be considered. In processing, the vacuum environment of the double-cone rotary vacuum dryer greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be removed, so the vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances. The workpiece is put into the double-cone rotary vacuum drying box to vacuum in order to remove the gas components that can be removed from the workpiece raw materials. If the workpiece is heated first, the gas will expand when heated. Because the seal of the empty chamber is very good, the infinite pressure caused by the expansion gas may cause the toughened glass of the observation window to burst. This is a potential risk. This risk can be avoided by operating in the order of vacuuming and then heating. If the heated air is pumped out by the vacuum pump, the heat will be taken to the vacuum pump, and then the temperature of the vacuum pump will rise too high, which may reduce the power of the vacuum pump. The heated gas is directed to the vacuum pressure gauge, and the vacuum pressure gauge will rise in temperature. If the temperature rise exceeds the temperature scale of the vacuum pressure gauge, it may make the vacuum pressure gauge display error. Therefore, many matters need to be paid attention to. It is necessary to strictly strengthen the supervision of the drying procedure, prevent accidents and improve the drying efficiency of the double-cone rotary vacuum dryer.
