No pollution, high sealing is an absolute advantage

At this IPB exhibition, Xiran mainly focused on five major fields: lithium battery materials, chemicals, cosmetics, food, and medicine. Especially in the crushing, ball milling, mixing, and drying of lithium battery materials, Xiran has rich and mature experience. Minister Makino said: The lithium battery industry requires that lithium battery materials should not contain metal substances. If the lithium battery materials are contaminated with metal substances, the battery may generate heat or even explode. Xiran's ceramic roller crusher effectively solves this problem. The most worrying issue in the crushing process of materials in the lithium battery industry is the issue of sealing. In this regard, how does Xiran solve customers' concerns? Minister Makino stated that ternary materials are generally very smooth powder with good flowability. This very smooth and fine powder is easily leaked from the equipment during the processing, so Xiran has sealed all equipment. Xiran has two main sealing processes, one is gas sealing and the other is mechanical sealing. Both of these sealing processes can achieve very good sealing effects on the equipment. Therefore, during the crushing process of the material inside, the external things cannot enter, and the crushed powder inside cannot leak out, ensuring that there is no powder leakage phenomenon.

Xiran's ultra-fine stone grinding uses ceramic grinding discs on top and bottom, with the upper disc fixed and the lower disc rotating at high speed to knead, shear, depolymerize, and disperse, achieving a crushing effect, and adjusting the gap through the grinding disc. This device has a small size and solves the problem of occupying a large area for customers. It also has reliable performance and high safety characteristics, and is designed in accordance with CE, KCS, UL, and CCC safety standards; Each part is equipped with sensors, which are unbalanced and not functioning, and can be used in the laboratory. In addition, it can be used for both dry powder and wet raw materials (with additional sealing components), with grease sealing, oil circulation, and oil mist type. It can be selected according to different environments, and the chamber is SUS304 to prevent the entry of other metal foreign objects.

Xiran's mechanical crusher is a device developed for single crystal polycrystalline, high nickel, and ternary materials. It is divided into several models, VT-300/VT-400/VT-900 (currently the largest in China), and has special crushing blades. The key raw materials in lithium-ion batteries determine the safety performance of the battery and whether the battery can be large-scale. Therefore, the crushing and grinding of lithium-ion battery raw materials is very important. There are many crushing equipment that can be used to crush and grind lithium-ion materials. Integrating the functions of multiple devices

Xiran also brought a new type of stirring and granulation machine. Minister Makino introduced to reporters that the crushing blade of the mixer used in China in the past rotated in one direction, while Xiran's mixer had various blades, both clockwise and counterclockwise, making it excellent for stirring and granulation. In traditional processes, a series of operations such as mixing, granulation, dispersion of high viscosity liquids, mixing, and surface coating require four to five machines, while a new type of stirring granulator can complete all of them.

The other product is a drying and crushing machine. The traditional dryer is characterized by drying materials after putting them in, while the Xishan drying and crushing machine has three functions: drying, crushing and classifying. After materials enter the equipment, they can be dried while crushing, and at the same time, the advanced classification technology ensures that the particle size of the dried material inside the equipment chamber is uniform.

Triple guarantee of technology, cost, and service

As is well known, the core technology of many high-end devices is mastered by foreign countries, so equipment application companies have to import equipment from abroad. However, these equipment are expensive, which has become a headache. But these problems may be solved from Xiran, Minister Makino told reporters, "Xiran uses technology transferred by three Japanese companies, and the processing base of the equipment is located in Suzhou. Therefore, Xiran not only achieves the use of Japanese technology, but also has QC and R&D directors who are Japanese employees to ensure the foresight and quality of the technology. China's cost serves the vast number of customers, so in terms of crushing equipment industry, Xiran has obvious advantages compared to other enterprises

In addition to equipment cost issues, after-sales service is also a concern for many customers, For manufacturers, if there is a malfunction when the equipment is sold, Xiran's staff must rush to repair and provide after-sales service as soon as possible. At Xiran Company, there is a regulation that if there is a problem with the equipment in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai areas, technical personnel will arrive in front of the customer within 24 hours, and other regions in China will arrive in front of the customer for maintenance service in about 38 hours, "Minister Makino firmly said. These regulations all reflect the concept of Xiran's dedication to customer service.

At the end of the interview, Minister Makino also discussed Xiran's performance in 2019 and future plans. Minister Makino stated that in China, the government encourages the development of new energy vehicles, and the industry also maintains a positive attitude. As a result, Xiran's sales volume increased significantly in 2019, reaching 1.7 times that of 2018. Starting from next year, the 5G era is about to arrive, with 1 million transit bases established nationwide, all of which require optical cables. Therefore, Xiran plans to develop processing equipment for the materials of optical cable sheaths and develop new products.
