Universal crusher that can crush any raw material

The high-speed eddy current generated by the impact between the rotor and the inner liner that rotates at high speed achieves the purpose of pulverization.



Principle of breaking

It is a fine grinding machine compatible with small particle size, which is produced by high-speed eddy currents and fine-wave grooves on the surface of the rotor rotating at high speed.

High frequency pressure vibration to pulverize the raw material.

It is ground while entraining air, and it can also crush viscoelastic materials or heat sensitive thermoplastic resins.



Characteristics

1. Product particle size distribution is uniform [product particle size: d50 = 3~50μm target] Under the action of ultra-high speed eddy current, powdery products with low incidence of fine powder and about several micrometers can be obtained. ❖Crushing equipment used in the example: T400 (RS type)

2.● Material: Battery material (carbon) [Material particle size before grinding: d50≈600μm] After grinding (1 pass) Product size: d50 = 3.46μm
